+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

+ Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.

+ Strong understanding of digital retail, e-commerce, and market trends.

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

+ Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners.

+ Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
