Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and you might want to make a return or exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. You can do so provided that the item(s) are in their original condition. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule:

• Women’s swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and not removed.
• Men’s swimwear or underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Socks are eligible for return only if sealed in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, all bottles are non-returnable.
• Personalized items are not eligible for return.
• Supplements can be returned only if unopened, with the seal unbroken, and in perfect, resalable condition in the original packaging.

For a full refund on eligible returns, ensure that all items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Damaged, worn, or unsuitable items won't qualify for a refund. Please note that all items undergo inspection upon return.
