To start a return or exchange, please:

3. Specify whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.

3.3. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3.4. Include a note with your order number inside your return package.

4. Inspection & Approval

4.1. Once received, your return will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

4.2. If approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit. Items that do not meet criteria will be returned to you.

4.3. A £2 handling fee will be deducted from refunds to cover processing costs.

4.4. All returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Athletic Forces’ discretion, including whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the aim of providing the best customer experience.

5.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

5.2. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Most refunds are faster, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
